After purchasing a Signature Set, an email will be sent with an unique voucher code that can be used towards a purchase of any 3 ML or 50 ML fragrance (except collaborations).

Every order above €45 ships with one sample.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.

Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.

If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to support@tukanfragrance.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 30 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal, ApplePay or Klarna.

Our fragrances are designed to suit everyone, regardless of gender.

We will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through support@tukanfragrance.com We will refund the value of the returned goods, excluding any original shipping fees.
